I wish I would’ve taken pictures before I started using the skin hair and nails because my edges on the right side of my head were gone and now there’s hair there literally enough to braid and this has been maybe 3 weeks at best. I am beyond surprised and satisfied with this product thus far that I’ve since purchased the collagen powder and the D3 and cannot wait for them to arrive to incorporate them into my regimen.

I mainly ordered the vitamins for my nails. I do see they are growing, and I believe they are stronger (I am a baker, so my hands are in water a lot). I have ridges in my nails, and I hope the vitamins will get rid of those as well.
